Same rules as IENE but the minimum frame limit is always 11. Effort Percent 100% is the same as 100% Effort on DEND2. Another music quality increase happens at 20. (60% effort) No bringing the finish sound quality back to normal until 22. (61% effort) No bringing the morph sound quality back to normal until 24. (62% effort) As of now, DEND2 is at 53% effort. (That would be equivalent to 6 in this project.) No deleting music unless you're @Universe8.
