Instructions

Prologue: Darkness swept over the ThunderClan camp like a wave to a beach. However, this night was darker than usual. ThunderClan had just gone through a devastating battle which made them lose half their land. And the battle was in the middle of an cold, cruel, and icy leaf-bare. ThunderClan wasn't the only Clan suffering, though. RiverClan was almost wiped out during a bout of greencough, ShadowClan's bloodthirsty leader led them into so many battles that all the kits were covered in blood and new scars every sunrise, and WindClan had been losing land to the Twolegs. It seemed as if the Clans would be destroyed once again. Would they all end up like SkyClan, chased out of their homes and forced to become kittypets and rogues? RiverClan seemed to be coming first, then ThunderClan, then ShadowClan, and the entire population of WindClan will eventually become kittypets. Tawnystar shook his head. The ThunderClan leader was growing old and frail. He hadn't left his den in a moon, not even for the apprentice and warrior ceremonies. His deputy, Goldenpelt, was suffering from greencough, and Ivystorm, the medicine cat, was close to death. The kits were strong, though, and they seemed to be the only hope to save the Clan. Tawnystar stared into the glowing sunset. It could be his last, he thought. And it could be ThunderClan's last, as well. Twolegs had started to take over the lake, and the Clans knew very well that soon they'd have to move once more. Or were the Twolegs just destroying some of their home, then moving on? The Lake Cats didn't know, because it was all covered in hidden lies...

Description

For SandWing! The cat on the cover is mine, his name is Hawkfeather. Setting is Moonstone (yea, I know that they moved to the lake.) Warriors belongs to Erin Hunter. Song is The Hanging Tree from Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1. The song sounds fitting, but I don't think it really is. ;-; Ah, I didn't try too hard for the writing. Sorry.
