Same rules as IENE but the minimum frame limit is always 11. Effort Percent 100% is the same as 100% Effort on DEND2. Remove ALL background distortion at 18 (59% effort) As of now, DEND2 is at 55% effort. (That would be equivalent to 10 in this project.) No deleting music unless you're @Universe8.
