Same rules as IENE but include at least 10 frames of morphing. Effort Percent 100% is the same as 100% Effort on DEND2. Fix spelling by 14 (57% effort) Remove ALL background distortion at 18 (59% effort) As of now, DEND2 is at 55% effort. (That would be equivalent to 10 in this project.)
