Puppy mills are places where a poor female dog is forced to have puppies over and over and over again. Many of the puppies die, or get severely injured. So usually at a flea market, if you see that CUTE wittle puppy, it's usually from a puppy mill. Puppy mills also increase overpopulation, and more homeless animals. So please, don't adopt from anything associated with puppy mills. Get them frm animal shelters instead.
