It sold well to small builders, plumbers etc due to the Proyoyo reliability and the very competitive 3 year warranty. Good finance deals were available making them common with poorer people too. The battle was an afterthought by Proyoyo, and consisted of a bunch of chrome bits bolted on. As expected, it didn't sell very well as people could do the exact same mods at home for half the cost. The van came in red, yellow or blue, and the campervan variant (nicknamed the nemo) was only available in beige. Lovely. The 1.8 diesel was very pokey (with help from the twin-turbos) however it was bad on fuel and only really used on show vans (work vans all used the cheaper and more reliable 1.4 petrol setup.) - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/406844798
