For @Lionette's art contest. The theme was this song. I wanted to capture the wistful feeling of the lyrics without having it be too depressing, as the music is quite upbeat. I also liked the line "I love Paris in the rain," so here's a picture of...Paris in the rain. Surprise surprise! I may also do a realistic hair tutorial to go with my realistic fur tutorial, because I like the technique I'm using here quite a bit. There are three versions here--the original (press 0), a slightly desaturated version (the one it starts on and my favorite--press 1), and one tinted blue (press 2).
