Song Is Radioactive by Imagine Dragons OC:Pluto Pluto was born in the aftermath of a Nuclear Explosion (duh lol) and was NOT named after the planet,(in her world,Pluto is a planet) but after the radioactive element Plutonium.She has spent her life running from the fallout from the explosion,but the Explosion caused her to be born with the ability to become Phsycic.She can't control this ability,however...
