(aka here are the instructions so you get the timing right) 1. go to gifmaker.me so the timing can be right! 2. save 3 frames, the first, the third and the one after that, 2 (order!!) first load in the first costume twice, the third once, the one after that twice, and then the third one again 3set animation speed to 100 milliseconds (NO MORE NO LESS) so yours will match mine! 4. download the gif, set it as your icon, and we should be good to go!
