Made for Getting Unstuck Day 1 challenge: "Create a project where a user gets a surprise every time they click on the screen" Inspired by the musical projects of some of my friends here, and @Coach_Newton 's book recommendation "Messy" by Tim Harford. Reflections: Was late finishing work so completely missed a zoom call with friends, so instead started looking through some of the cool projects they had made. Lots of musical stuff ! Got side-tracked watching a TED talk, and googling stuff, while trying to think of something to create. Remembered a samba band I had seen at the head of a parade. I had wanted to join in with them, as I loved their drumming. So wanted to create a parade of random characters with different percussion sounds. Thought I would just use lots of randomness, so it would be different every time, and a surprise to me too. Liked the idea of using sprites with startled or surprised expressions, to create a big noisy mess! Found it harder to think of something to do for this prompt than I expected. Had to let go and just play!
