First Upbeat Outer Island! WHOO! Railroad Island Elements: Rubber, Shroom, Space, Hypno, Radiation Railroad Island was reached via a railway in the middle of a badlands. With railroad like roller coasters scattered around the place, and shop-ish shacks here and there, it looks like a theme park. It's lively, especially when the monster party comes and makes some noise. It's a blast.
