It's that time of year again! Independence Day! :-D The anniversary of America. If you're outside of United States, and probably don't celebrate this, I shared this because it's just to let all of you know that we're celebrating it on this day. ;-) On July 4, 1776, the Second Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence to be free from the British rule. This adopted the United States flag, containing as of today 50 stars which represents all the states of America, and 13 stripes, which are the original number of states in America. :-)
For the 2019 version: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/319824638/ For the 2021 version: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/554280473/ Changelog NOTE: This project may contain unrecorded changes. :-( However, I may remember some changes in the back of my head (although I may not exactly know when), which can be included in this changelog. 3/31/2024 - Included the changelog and added the link to the 2021 version. 7/9/2020 - I don't really know what I did. I just included this because it was the last modified date as of Mar. 31, 2024. I'm guessing I finished the Instructions/Notes and Credits and removed the WIP tag. 7/4/2020 - Initial release. I researched the American flag, and it changed its design over time in the past? Wow, I didn't know that. :-o With prototype and unused looks galore, this is very interesting. Some designs only lasted for a short period of time! And the current design of this flag debuted in 1960. The designs in the past were just basically star additions and arrangements. I thought with flags that they would just create the design and they would just stick to it to this day. :-\ So anyways, happy 4th of July, and enjoy this project! C2A! ;-D
