I really like this design, and I just needed to enter for her :D If I were to win her, I would probably do art, animations, memes, etc. with her, and she would be part of my group of human characters! ----- bio name - Ciel (french for 'sky') age - unknown, probably a relatively young adult personality - a little childish, shy, sarcastic, easily surprised, kinda selfish backstory - Ciel was born in a small village in the rural area of France. Her neighbor had a small koi pond in his backyard. Every day when Ciel was young, she would go and watch the koi fish swim around for hours. However, when she grew older, she wanted to move far away, to a busier place. Right after she finished her schooling, she moved to America and bought a house in California. One day, when she was walking down the rocky beach, she heard an unusually loud splashing noise. She turned her head in the direction of the sound and found three koi fish staring at her. Ciel's eyes went wide as she realized that they were the fish in her neighbor's pond from when she was a small child. The three fish spoke to her. "You are more powerful than you think," they said. "You need a strong connection to your past. We have given you the gift of water, but be warned: don't let your greed overtake you, or your whole world will fall apart." The koi fish then gave her a jacket (idk what to call it, sorry) that had koi fish carefully embroidered onto it. Ciel never took the jacket off, but she still didn't know what the "gift of water" was until one night, she woke up from a nightmare and she was holding a ball of water in the palm of her hand. For years after that, Ciel used her powers of creating water to help those in need. But one day, she decided that she had done enough. She never gave a drop of her water to anyone else ever again. After three months of giving none of the water she could create away, she took a nighttime stroll on the beach. Ciel saw the koi fish there, but this time they were flying. They circled around her. "We warned you." they said. "Nothing will ever be the same."
