And the cat with the pink collar is a kittypet, not part of Cityclan. If you're wondering what an NPC is, an NPC stands for "non-playable character". Basically, its a cat that no one owns; technically, anyone can control it, but they need to get their personalities right. Until I decide for sure which characters I want to actually be mine, I'll be using NPCs. But don't forget, you can use them, too! But the main focus of your roleplay should be your characters. If you'd like to make NPCs, either fill out an application marked clearly with "NPC" in the title or describe them to me in the group. But make sure I know they're NPCs.
