Use the pallet! If you use pen size 10 or more, you will not be aloud to join, you can use pen size 6 to 1. You can use any charecter you want, but I'd rather you do warrior cats. No copying others! Draw everything! You are 100% NOT able to use scratch sprites, upload from the internet ( unless it is your drawing ) or use anyone elses sprite! This has to be done by you! You can have up to 4 parts or less
