TIPS: ~~~~~~~ -Use fade-outs between non-animated frames. THEY ARE YOUR FRIEND. -Non-animated frames should at least be moving slowly across the screen. It's much more pleasing to the eye. -Use a video editor! There are free ones out there and it's easy to edit the clips to look like they were an old series of film, shake the camera, or other things. Movavi editor has a 7 day free trial and some good editing options. :) -Use a different program sometimes!
