Black Lives Matter <3. In the past years blacks have been treated not just differently, but not good. There were black slaves too. Blacks were not allowed to go out and ride bikes or take walks. President Abraham Lincoln decided to free the slaves in 1862. They tried to spread the news. The last place to get the news was Texas. Everyone cheered and clapped and cried and cried happy tears some more. We call this day Juneteeth. But, Texas realised this was OLD news. It was 2 years past. Maybe it was because the whites didn't want them to stop working. Who would clean the houses? Organize the shoes? Feed their kids? But now these black slaves are free. You might have noticed throughout I said this whole thing, I referred to them as the blacks, and the whites, but now, we should count them as not The Blacks nor The Whites, but as The People.
