Chara was never intended to evil they were getting corrupted by the lvl each time you murder there friends (The Monsters) that explains why they murder at the end for vengence they even sacrificed there self to try to save the monsters in the underground and instead that failed so if say there still evil your the evil person cause frisk cant control there on actions sooo?
