On November 24, 1991, two young men lost their lives. I know that many of you will say, “Who’s Freddie Mercury?” But even more of you will say, “Who’s Eric Carr?” The answer to your questions- Freddie Mercury was the lead singer of the rock ‘n roll band Queen. He was an amazing singer- he wrote so many songs with his band, and sang all of the songs his band mates gave him. He died November 24, 1991. He died of AIDS. Eric Carr was a phenomenal drummer- the drummer of the band KISS. His alter ego/persona was The Fox (first pic of him). He died November 24, 1991 of heart and lung cancer. But the thing I find saddest about this day is that Eric Carr’s death is so overshadowed by Freddie Mercury that not many people knew, except for KISS fans, his family and the members & former members of KISS.
