This is the all seeing eye, she is a god. I really want to tell you more but it is very late but I love this design I want to use her for my new series called across the universe. I will make more pictures of her later. Many wanted to be/with her. One day a person stood up against her, they wanted to take her world for their own. The all seeing eye tried to stop it but in turn she left her pure self and flew into a rage and killing many people. She realised what she did and left one of her gods second in command and left to bring back her once pure self. Powers: teleportation, hypnosis, Creation and being able to control water.
