This one failed so I am redoing. Characters: Quailpaw (Warrior name: Quailtuft): Gray tom. Lionfang: Golden tabby tom. Story: Quailpaw is a young ShadowClan apprentice. He gets visited by a golden tabby Dark Forest cat, whom he thinks is StarClan, and offered bonus training. He gladly accepts, unknowing that the tom is evil. Lionfang was a young and faithful ShadowClan warrior almost 8 seasons before Quailpaw and his sister were born. One day, he met a WindClan she-cat by the name of Finchsong. They both fell in love with each other, and Finchsong had his kits. But the WindClan leader found out who the kits' father was, and banished her from the Clan. Her and the two kits wandered into ShadowClan territory, but they ran into a group of invading rogues, and the two young kits were killed. When Finchsong arrived in the camp, bloodied and wounded, she warned the ShadowClan cats of the rogues. The rogues were defeated. Finchsong told Lionfang about the kits' fate. He imagined their deaths in his head. The two kits appeared in his head. 'Father, help us! Help us,' they wailed. Angry that they were killed, and thinking it was his Clan's and WindClan's fault, he rejected Finchsong. He then ambushed his own leader, Russetstar, and killed her five times- her remaining lives. One of the kits smiled. 'You did it, Father!' she crowed, then faded away. Lionfang knew who he had to kill next. The WindClan leader, Gorsestar. He tracked the gray tom down and stripped each life brutally, leaving a broken body behind to be found. 'You avenged me, Father!' the other kit cheered, then faded. But Gorsestar had torn open Lionfang's neck. He ran back to Finchsong, bleeding out. He told the story of what he did, and Finchsong remained by him until he breathed his last breath.
