space to swap between the regular drawing and one showing the demon territories and placement of the species' capitol cities quick colour key thingy for the city markers- red - fire demons green - plant demons gold - angels brown - Earth demons (territory spans the entire undergound of the demon side of Draxis, hence no brown territory shading on the surface) pink - poison demons light blue - ice demons dark blue - water demons (they have two capitol cities, one for the shallow-seas and one for the deep-seas, the two subspecies don't get along that well-) ok sooo this is what I'd imagine Draxis looks like, it's a p heccin big planet with two moons that are more or less just tiny planets that got stuck in its orbit so, as you can prolly see, the terrain colour on each side is different, the demon side has orange grass, whilst the angel side has green grass, this is due to the Cataclysm (the hecking gigantic earthquake behind the big rift in the middle of the planet) separated the grass species, and as the angel side's grass lost the threat of being burnt by fire demons, they slowly lost moisture and changed to a different colour, while the grass on the other side stayed peachy orange (which is also why fire demons happen to have fiery skin and pattern colouring, it's camouflage lol) some of the grass on the demon side is a deep greyish-purple colour, thanks to the toxins that the swampland areas emit, same goes for its greenish coloured water- the little darkly coloured patches in the shallow areas of the oceans are reefs btw also, the territories are just showing the territory set-up the demons made when they were having a civil war, they really just live anywhere they want to these days (although usually in their respective element's biome) bc they can do that ok, moon time s O, Elysium, the biggest moon, is where the royal demons and angels reincarnate when they die (provided they're on Draxis, if not they reincarnate on the planet where they died) and it has a weird thing with its atmosphere that only lets reincarnation species (thunderbirds/pheonixes/etc.) leave or enter the planet, while others get shoved away meanwhile, Gaia, the smaller moon, is free for any species to enter, it has a lot of tectonic activity and is pretty rife with Earthquakes though, so the Draxians aren't too keen on settling on it just yet
