He has a habit of apologizing a lot to others. However, he does not give up easily, and he works hard to be as successful as he can be. He won't take any shortcuts if they go against his morals. He is smarter than he appears to be, although his intelligence is overshadowed by his wish to be as least of a bother to others as possible in order to work on his own. He is also easily fascinated and highly curious, liking to explore and question the world around him. Additionally, he likes to read in his spare time. (Do books even exist underwater? o-o) Bio: Would be an apprentice/assistant to some sort of craft (nothing physically strenuous; ideas appreciated if I win him as I don't know enough about the world ^^;). Had a normal, fairly uneventful life until being taken under the wing of his current teacher. Now a very studious student of his craft. Other: -I did a bit of research on spotted ratfish and found out that they really like to eat crunchy things such as shellfish, so there he is in the second art piece munching on a crab -Edit 1: Those are not lop ears, they're just pointed downward to convey emotion sorry if they're incorrectly portrayed hgfgfh -Edit 2: I FORGOT THE FINS ON THE FRONT LEGS NO why'd it take me this long to notice- -Edit 3: I went ahead and drew one final picture just so I could have one that shows the design and all its elements properly. I also decided halfway through drawing it to turn it into a test for dramatic lighting, which I think came out looking alright
