In 1949 EMD built SDT San Diego Tijuana Railroad 100 for the SDT. In 1961 100 was involved in a wreck which destroyed its long hood. So in 1962 SDT 100 was rebuilt into a GP10-2 renumbered 1. In 1969 it was painted into the new SDT Sunset valley Paint scheme. In 1978 it was sold to LATX a railroad that used it around the many industries in Los Angeles California. In 1992 LATX sold 1 to NREX for scrap. In 1993 SERR saved 1 to rebuild it for the LHSW. In 1995 the rebuild was finished at SERR's Sacramento Shops where it was going to shipped to Lost Hills Arizona renumbered to 139. In 1997 139 was repainted into the SP inspired Bloody Nose paint scheme. Made by LHSW SP8535
