He comes from Russia and is a Libra (Not meant to give out personal information). 4. It's possible that there's 12 or more Cooper Clan members (not counting Sly Cooper or his mother). 5. The Cooper is currently in development. 6. The Cooper interrupting Metal Rat's story is NOT bullying, insulting, or threatening. 7. Metal Rat (when he first saw the Cooper) was surprised, not scared.
