This is about an old OC I made called Fear. He's basically a messed up archangel, and he's supposed to watch over Trill, another old OC, but he terrorizes him most of the time. Tips and tricks to making art: 1~Use bitmap when making art without line art. You can fill in anything with the paint bucket and you can create smooth transitions. 2~Use shading. Imagine where the light is coming from and create shadows where it is blocked, like under the neck. 3~Creating string like showed in the thumbnail here might seem hard, but it really isn't. All you have to do is use bitmap, set the paintbrush size to 1, and just draw a line.
