Guess who needs more name ideas because they're not creative enough to think of them on their own (me) Fullscreen is recommended because Scratch ruined the quality and putting it in fullscreen makes it a little better. The thing on his cheek is a pentagram because I like spooky edgy demon stuff (It's easier to see it in full screen).
