This block gives you however many fps you want. No matter how much fps, it will do the same thing, nut with different amounts of fps. Took me 2 hours of hard work.
How it's used: backpack both scripts, use the bigger custom block in actual use. Type in the name of the block for the action input in lowercase, using the word input for inputs, and whatever dropdown option you want for dropdown menus. Don't forget to add characters like %.
