It is a syndicated children's programming block that airs WSN Shows like (The Wyatt Show, Sonic (TV Show), The New PB&J Otter, New Teletubbies, but they were edited to add PSAs and change some lines to meet the E-I regulations.
NOTE: The 2008 Logo is still used on tv stations that air Club WSN.
