Scissors cuts Paper, Paper covers Rock, Rock crushes Lizard, Lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes Scissors, Scissors decapitates Lizard, Lizard eats Paper, Paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes Rock, Rock crushes Scissors. In Single Player, simply choose the number of rounds you wish to play and click whichever hand represents your move. Click go when done and the AI will throw out a move of its own. In Multi-Player, when you come to the move selection screen, the first click will select Player 1's move, and the second click will select Player 2's move. Then click go to pit them against one another!
