This is a collab between @impactman12 and @TJStapleton15 or @awesome102515 (They are the same person and I forgot). Context: After an incident, Impacter was "gone" for quite some time. He battled hard opponents, getting stronger and stronger. He has a mask to protect his face and make him look cooler. He still has the same personality as before though, so he isn't insane.
