The SaK Moskva was a luxury car built during the USSR in Russia, for government and secret service use, as well as limited export to the governments of satellite states, and to prove the "wealth of the worker's paradise." In it's native Russia, it was a status symbol, and also became associated infamously with the KGB, and captains and generals of the army. It was produced until the year 2010, surviving the fall of the USSR, and is still a popular used car, and taxi. At the time, it was prized for it's speed, luxury elegance, and class, and above all else, it's unattainability, separating the generals and officials, and later, the oligarchs, from the starving populace. pecs: Engine: 215bhp 5.5l V-8 0-60: 9.5 seconds Drivetrain: 4 speed manual or automatic, rear-wheel drive Price: Before the soviet union broke down: only available to the government and secret service, on pain of being sent to gulag After: $60,000 Waiting time for order (during USSR): If the government gives you permission to own one, the car will take 5 years to arrive Top speed: 100mph Suspension: Independent front, rear solid axle Features: Secret service/government models: encrypted communications equipment with the Kremlin, army and satellites, gun compartment and attachments, armour plating Normal: Radio, folding seats, repair kit, advanced central lubrication, nothing else
