Instructions

Semiprime Number Evolution: #53 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ A semiprime number is a composite number that has factors (excluding 1 and itself) that are prime numbers. 913 -> 1, 11, 83, 913 It is a semiprime number, since all factors are prime numbers, apart from 1 and 913. 379 -> 1, 379 It is a prime number, but NOT a semiprime number, since it is not a composite number. (only 2 factors: 1 and itself) 343 -> 1, 7, 49, 343 It is not a semiprime number because 49 (one of it's factors) is a composite number. (49 is 7 * 7) 576 -> 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 16, 18, 24, 32, 36, 48, 64, 72, 96, 144, 192, 288, 576 oh, you don't know semiprime? it's factors have a lot of composite numbers! *facepalm* Thankfully, there is an automated system on which numbers come next, so you don't have to worry about that. FACT: Cubic numbers, numbers that are powers of 4, etc. are not semiprime numbers, except 1.
