EDIT: lol this was my character, August's, old ugly design. i also find it funny i worked so hard on the description only for most of the background story to have mostly changed oof Not sure if I remember the last time I made a meme s̶o̶m̶e̶o̶n̶e̶ ̶t̶e̶a̶c̶h̶ ̶m̶e̶ ̶h̶o̶w̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶d̶r̶a̶w̶ ̶h̶u̶m̶a̶n̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶h̶o̶r̶r̶i̶b̶l̶y̶ ̶ Just for some context, Patchwork is a regular human that is under a curse, making all of her dreams a reality. (e.g. If she eats something in a dream, her what ever she ate will be in her digestive track when she wakes.) This might sound cool, but it is really dangerous. This means she must fight for her life in every nightmare she has. She often wakes up with injuries after a nightmare. The orphanage she spent her first few years in didn't have any medical supplies, so they would just sew patches onto her injuries, hence giving her the name "Patchwork". August was a young prince who was living a pretty good life, but then a nearby kingdom conquered his seemingly overnight. The soldiers killed his entire family and murdered the all of his people. August, somehow, was able to escape the ruins of his kingdom without being slaughtered. August eventually found Patchwork, who was trying her best to stay positive despite the situation she was in. She begged August to let him take her with him. He agreed and they eventually found a place they could call home. However, even though Patchwork's nightmares were becoming less frequent, they were still there. Like back in the orphanage, Patchwork would sew patches onto the injuries she gained. One time, however, she had a really awful nightmare and lost her her whole left eye. Instead of sewing a patch onto her eyes, she sewed a button. As teens, Patchwork became really self conscious about her appearance, especially considering how scary she looked. However August also supported her. Now, they live happily together (as husband and wife, might I add <3) and nightmares come on very few occasions, only leaving some scrapes.
