Story: Fernfrost was only a kit when he lost his father. He was killed by his own mate. Fernkit's mom threatened that if he told anyone what she did, she would drown him. Fernkit had a brother, Lynxpaw. He was bullied and one day, he threw himself off a cliff. Fernkit lost all emotion until he met Oakfire. He hated him. Oakfire had everything he didn't. A sibling, people that liked him. With the help of BloodClan, Fernpaw poisoned and killed Oakfire. When Waterkit was born, she lost her mother, and Fernfrost grew close to her. One day, he finds out Waterlily had become mates with Oakclaw. A reincarnation of Oakfire. He was furious and revealed the secret that Waterlily had watched Juniperspirit die and did nothing. Oakclaw doesn't care and he says that she didn't know what to do, and he was gonna die anyways. Fernfrost then, finds a kittypet named Hollow. She almost kills a ThunderClan cat. Fernfrost starts to get to know her. She had been abused by other cats and was never able to stop them. That night, Fernfrost snaps when his mom trash talks him. He injures her and drags her a Thunderpath, where a car runs her over. Waterlily and Oakclaw experience this and chase him. Fernfrost runs away to go live with Hollow. He sees her being abuse by to big tom's. He attacks them and free's her. The two tom's need to talk to Hollow, so Fernfrost leaves. He is attacked by one of them and almost killed. Hollow saves him before the tom cat kill him. The toms pin her down and are about to kill her until Fernfrost frees her. She tries to run, but she is hit by a car. Fernfrost runs over to her. She licks his check and closes her eyes. Fernfrost cry's to StarClan to not take her. He lays next to her and rests. He keeps feeding her and keeping her warm. The two toms hurt Fernfrost each day. One day, Hollow wakes up and sees Fernfrost being abused by the toms. Hollow kills the toms and saves Fernfrost. Fernfrost and Hollow become mates and she is expecting kits. Fernfrost finds BloodClan and they say that the clans have started won in the battle and they need his help. Fernfrost's last words to Hollow is, "By the morning of the fire, I will be by the river, waiting for you." Fernfrost and BloodClan attack RiverClan. Oakclaw is killed by Fernfrost, only to be resurrected by Reedstar, giving him his last life. Reedstar dies and Oakclaw becomes the next leader. Fernfrost doesn't know this until the real battle, where Oakstar and Fernfrost have their battle. Fire starts in the forest and Fernfrost lost in the flames. Hollow finds him in the river, parts of his fur gone. She nurses him back to health and reveals her kits. She tells him that she will fight in the next battle, along side him. Many moons pass and BloodClan has united with the dark forest. Hollow refuses to be left behind and she joins him in the final battle. Fernfrost and Oakstar have their final battle. Fernfrost is killed while Oakstar and Waterlily try to escape the fire. Hollow kills both of them. Waterlily manages to kill her before she and Oakstar die of their injuries. Hollow is brought to StarClan because she has only killed if she had to. She asks where Fernfrost is but he is the dark forest. She refuses to be away from him and begs StarClan to let him be with her. They disagree and Hollow doesn't feel like living in the stars. They meet at the border of StarClan and eventually, she joins him in the dark forest. He swears to never be evil again and they guide their kits till they are willing to fade away together.
