Finally finished the picture! The scales were initially completely monochromatic grays without any color whatsoever, but as I added the blues for the underbelly and ruff, the colors kinda seemed to clash. I decided to make every gray in the pallate a very, *very* subtle blue, and honestly, I really like how it looks now I dunno, consider me a sucker for semi-gradients :D I don't like to mess around with ships and whatnot all that much, but I was watching a Youtube review about Darkness of Dragons (I think) a couple months ago and it got me thinking about how interesting having a character that's a child to Glory/Deathbringer would be, especially if said character was really lazy, embracing the misconceptions about Glory's tribe that she fought to end. Anyways, I'm so glad I finally got to draw this sleepy boi-
@Fireswimm3r, Tui T. Sutherland, you know the drill by now. (the music is a music box version of "Hypno K.K." from Animal Crossing, in case you're curious) As for the powers, here's some explanation: ~RainWing venom is the same as it always has been, nothing's changed ~He partially has the RainWings' color-changing scales, though not to the effect they do. He cannot change them different colors voluntarily/based off emotion, but they do aid him at blending in whenever he is being hit by shadows. ~As for the "moon time" thing, I don't really consider that a proper "power" along the lines of animi, since it's basically a nighttime equivalent of "sun time" with no added benefits. Any chance I could bypass the coin flip on that? Also, just figured I'd mention that some of his habits stem from the biological nocturnal NightWing sleep schedules, which is often why he's often more lively at nighttime. I figured that'd be a fun little quirk :) Also also, yeah, he has a pretty rocky relationship with Glory right from the start. I dunno how he is with Deathbringer, though.
