This is Increasing Effort Letter Evolution B. (IELE2) The rules are the same as Increasing Effort Letter Evolution A or IELE1, evolve the letter while increasing the effort. Two important rules before we put the rest in at Z (Letter Number 26): Increase the effort level by 1 so we reach 0 effort by AM (Letter Number 39) and only put the letter in uppercase.
