In memory of İbrahim Gökçek, the turkish musician and activist who gave his life fighting against injustice and oppression, through non-violent resistance. Dedicated to all those who work toward a society where people can play and express themselves freely.
The music is Çav Bella by Group Yorum - the band where İbrahim used to play the bass guitar. It's a remix of "Bella ciao", the anthem of the anti-fascist resistance in Italy, and a love song for freedom. The original drawing is from Carlos Latuff, a Brazilian political cartoonist.
