We all know what they say, We need darkness and light to be balanced, but what happens when it isn't? No this isn't what you think, a light and dark side. Well, not all that. What happens when there is an out balance? What is there is too /much/ darkness?
So, when you look in the refs you may be confused (Refs in the project) here is a guide - There are 22 dragons chosen each decade to keep the balance, 11 for light and 11 for dark. They have markings, and dots above those, no dots means they are a scout, one dot means soldier, two dots mean a SIC, and Three dots with the first letter of their nickname marked naturally on their shoulder means leader, only the hybrids get this marking.
