Help @JoshsAccount build a Scratch-based OS! In every remix, add a feature. (Look in the Notes and Credits) Only add necessary features. No joke stuff or things that don't fall in line with the pre-existing design. Also, no adding apps until the Recycle Bin is fully functional. There will be 4 milestones in this development process. Milestone 2 will begin when Windows Explorer is completed.
