This is to show the difference between checking the "Run without screen refresh" checkbox, or not, when creating new custom blocks (My blocks). This also illustrates why it's usually a good idea to use custom blocks when using the Pen extension. Try checking and unchecking the "Run without screen refresh" checkbox, and see the difference in how the red square is drawn. See comments inside to learn more. All code by me (@kriblo).
