This is Felix! He's a cool Pokemon trainer! Or at least he thinks he's cool. Anyone who wears sunglasses like those is obviously overdoing it. He brags a lot to cover up his insecurities, which mostly have to do with his appearance. He and Obstagoon are extremely close- on his ninth birthday, he found her as a Zigzagoon in a trash can behind his house and gave her some of his birthday cake. Felix's family lives in Motostoke, but Felix is having too much fun with the gym challenge to visit often. He's a competent trainer, but far from the best out there.
