Cutscene 5 Setting: A house in Plane Plains, near the water. (RP opens the door and Polar follows him in.) RP: Anyone home? Polar: Hello? Phoenix's friend? Are you here? RP: Hmmm, maybe we should turn back. Polar: Nonsense. C'mon, follow me. (Polar walks farther into the dark room. Phoenix follows.) Polar: Alright, enough darkness! Give us something to see, man! ???: I'll show you something to see! Polar: Uh...?? RP: Heheh, I knew it... (A spotlight turns on, revealing a fountain that Tatamis is standing on top of.) Tatamis: Hello, there, random guy entering my house! I am Tatamis the Great, here to bedazzle you with my water powers! Polar: This isn't the time for magic tricks, Mr. Tatamis, sir--- RP: Shhhh!! This is why we're here! (Tatamis moves his arms and causes waves in the water, and performs multiple water tricks.) Polar: ...you brought us all the way here for some water show? RP: No, watch... (Phoenix lures in a Bush Monster. Tatamis sees it and performs a powerful attack.) Tatamis: Alright, that's enough of that. I don't think it's safe here anymore. Let's go, you can tell me what happened on the way. RP: I told you we needed him. (They walk out of the house. Polar, in shock for a moment, follows them.) Polar: So, that's the third guy... you said there was one more person, right? Phoenix: Yep. And we'll find her soon. Polar: Sounds good. Done so far Cutscene 5 Setting: Gorf's Lair (Gorf is sleeping.) *CRASH!!* Gorf: Huh?? What the... who's there?!? (Shiny Ditto emerges from the darkness.) SD: Hey, Gorf. Gorf: Oh, thank god. It's just you. What do you want? SD: Oh, yeah, something crazy is happening outside in the village... Gorf: Uh-oh... (Gorf peaks outside to see the Kaj Orb attacking the town. He picks up one of the townspeople and throws them.) Gorf: We're in trouble. SD: Yep. Hop on!! (Shiny Ditto turns into a sort of board - Gorf climbs on. They fly off.) Cutscene 6
