It must be Splatoon languages. Look up Inkling LANGUAGE for some characters people made for this use, and you can use those symbols. 4. Your part must be completed as a REMIX. 5. You must use either a Splatoon or Splatoon 2 hairstyle, GEAR, or weapon (If including a weapon). 6. You cannot use over 3 SPRITES. 7. No moving BACKGROUNDS. 8. No FOREVER blocks.
