She remembered sitting down on the spiky, red chair on the Hell side, and staring at Matthew as he slunk down nervously on the fluffy cloud chair. "Satan, my cats had witnessed your cat and Matthew together," God's thunderous voice boomed. "I see," despite living inside of a place where the winter is a bone-chilling 420 degrees Fahrenheit, Satan's voice was cold and sounded a bit like a snake. "Now, I want to know, how shall we punish these cats?" "Punish?" Satan's eyes burned like fire. "Don't you dare punish my Scarlet! She means all of Hell to me!" "Well how about this? Matthew and Scarlet can live in Hell together?" Matthew? In Hell? Scarlet knew she couldn't let this happen. Matthew would either vaporize or get eaten by the monsters or other Hellcats. "No!" Scarlet piped up. "I would prefer if I live in Heaven with Matthew!" Whispering followed from both sides. The COTC (Cats of the Council) took occasional glances at them, but it went on for a while. Finally, God spoke. "Scarlet, do you promise not to hurt any of my cats?" "I promise," Those two words brought her to a place she'd thought she'd ever go; Heaven. Unfortunately, she learned that Heaven wasn't that great of a place after all...
