Backstory: She can't remember her old life very well. She only knows that one moment she was surrounded by soft grass flowing rivers, a nice thunderstorm here and there and the lovely sound of crickets at night. But then one day, she was captured. She lost what she always enjoyed. Now she bears the hard floors, no rivers, (much less flowing ones) never a thunderstorm to play in, and the clicks and zap noises of tests at night. (ps: Her name wasn't always Jezebel. That name actually means not powerful or not always cheerful. Ironic right? Her real name is Amber but she doesn't know that. But the older ones at the place probably would)
Name: Jezebel Gender: Female Personality: (in her weak form) Shy, Careful, Sad (in her charged form) Peppy Perky Confodent Daring Sassy, But she is scared when she gets too charged. Powers and abilities: She has two forms: A weak form and a charged form. If she is struck by lightning or tampered with with some kind of electrical device or basically get's contact with electricity somehow, she is charged up and can do a few things in this form (flight, laser-eyes, anything lightning element stuff like that) as she uses her power she gets lower and lower on electricity and her power gets milder and less useful. When she runs out of power she goes back to her weak form and her bright colors and tinges of lightning sparks fade. (backstory in instructions)
