ok, it's Alexi, Hera's half-sister. Yeah, Hera does have the whole thing with the white eyes and later on scars as well, and both have some kind of powers (even if Hera's are much more powerful), but it was Alexi that got thrown out way before Hera was. Also, even though you can't tell because of the bandanna, she has her mouth stitched shut, so she's mute.
