Time is a monarch that, while a bit of a drama queen, makes sure everything runs as efficiently as possible. He rules a kingdom populated by what appears to be magical felines. Truly astonishing. Established 1000 years ago, the country is technologically above humans. Their presence was unbeknownst to humans. Until he got captured.
