Note: This project is very easy to remix, to create your own quiz. You just duplicate and change the backdrops, and make some minor changes to the code. See inside for comments. This is in response to a question from @ellaphin in my project Scratch Tutor: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/376838235/ It gives an example of how a very simple quiz can be implemented.
