art is not mine, got it off google lol effect is one from Adobe AfterEffects If you'd like it added to your own art (or for a background for animation memes and whatnot) feel free to ask, it's pretty easy to do! Can also do it on short animations as long as they are in video or gif format. I'll just stick it in this project or something.
